Scottish Canals engaged Velocity Digital to deliver a social media strategy that would allow them to communicate with the wide-ranging stakeholders of the canal system in Scotland. Scottish Canals had taken steps into social media, and it was my job to ensure this was progressed in a way that matched their corporate vision. My work included:

  • Key input into social media and content marketing usage as part of an overall communication plan
  • Held creative session with team from across the organisation in order to establish key themes
  • Delivered training to staff across the canal network
  • On-going consultancy and strategic input
