I’ll explain that one…

It warms them up – great content will create familiarity and affinity with your brand. It’s the opposite of cold selling. Content should be a key factor in the discovery phase.

It wraps around them – If you’re doing it right, your customers and prospects will experience (and want to experience!) your content via many different media, wrapping around them.

It makes them feel awesome – Create content that suits their needs, makes them feel something and offers value. They’ll feel awesome, just like it does under a blanket.
